Minutes of the WORK SESSION of the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft, held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 5 :00 p.m., in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro A venue, Cloudcroft, NM.
Mayor William Denney, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., with the following Governing Body members present: Mayor Pro Tern-John Tieman; Trustee Jim Maynard; Trustee George Mitchell and Trustee Gail McCoy.
Staff present: Jini Turri, Deputy Clerk.
TOPIC OF WORK SESSION
VILLAGE CODE -TITLE 7 -UTILITIES, PUBLIC WAYS AND PROPERTY,
CHAPTERS 1,2 & 3
The Governing Body reviewed and discussed proposed revisions suggested from previous work sessions held over the past several months. After detailed discussion between all, the Governing Body proposed the revisions shown in Attachment “A” and directed the Deputy Clerk to forward the revisions to the Village Attorney for him to draft an amendment to the current Village Code -Tile 7 -Utilities, Public Ways and Property, Sections 7-1-1 through 7-lA-9.D.l.a., for presentation at the February Council Meeting.

Mayor Denney adjourned the work session at 7:00 p.m.
