Request for Proposals #26-0001
Scada System Upgrade
The Village of Cloudcroft is soliciting proposals for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a SCADA system for our potable water and wastewater facilities. Qualified organizations should have ample experience and expertise with all aspects of SCADA systems and be capable of providing successful turn-key projects for the village. Sealed proposals will be accepted until Tuesday, July 7, 2026 10:00 AM, MST, at the office of the Village Clerk, 201 Burro Avenue, PO Box 317, Cloudcroft, NM. No faxed or e-mailed proposals will be accepted. All bids must be clearly marked RFP#2026-0001 SCADA System Upgrade, Due Date and Time: July 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Proposals received after that date and time will be returned unopened. Proposals may be submitted through U.S. Mail, hand delivery, or courier services to the Village of Cloudcroft, Village Hall, located at 201 Burro Ave, Cloudcroft, NM. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFPs) can be obtained in person at Village Hall or will be emailed upon request to Jini S. Turri, Village Clerk at ccvillageclerk@cloudcroftvillage.com. Return the “Acknowledgement of Receipt Form” provided in Appendix A by July 2, 2026. The Village of Cloudcroft reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, in whole or in part; to defer action on the request for proposals; to reject all proposals; to waive any informalities in the solicitation process; and to accept the proposal that, in its judgment, is most beneficial. The order to proceed will be based upon the available funding and approval of the Village of Cloudcroft Governing Body. The Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 Through 13-1-199, NMSA 1978 imposes civil and criminal penalties for code violations. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony/penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.
