Notice is hereby given in accordance with §10-15-1(b) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978 §10-15-01 through 10-15-04) that the GOVERNING BODY of the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING during its Regular Meeting on TUESDAY, May 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM for the purpose of a Variance Request submitted by Brent Bradshaw, for his property located at 1201 Chautauqua Blvd., in Cloudcroft, NM. The Variance Request is to allow construction of 8 foot (8′) side yard privacy fences, a variance from the allowable height of six feet (6′) per Village Ordinance 9-8-1.
