NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on September 29, 2026, at 6:00p.m, in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Ave., Cloudcroft, NM. 88317. The Director of the Alcohol and Gaming Division has granted Preliminary Approval to Application No. BLA-0000021259; Name and Address of Applicant/Licensee: JIM-N-I, LLC, DBA; Cloudcroft Brewing Company, for a Small Brewer Off-Site Location Liquor License for the premises located at 1207 James Cyn Hwy., Grand Cloudcroft Hotel, Cloudcroft, NM. 88317. The Governing Body will consider approval or disapproval of the license in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Division.
