Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-l(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODY for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 405, an Ordinance amending Ordinance 2025-01, an Ordinance for the Leasing of the Property Known as the James Sewell Ice Rink to Southwest Sports Solutions to Improve and Operate an Ice Hockey Rink and to Promote and Manage Youth Ice Sports; Amending Section 4: Amount of Lease.
