Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the GOVERNING BODY for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Council, Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 404, an Ordinance amending Chapter 6 – Officers and Employees; adding definition of Governing Body; powers and duties and providing monthly compensation for the Mayor and Trustees.
