Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04), that the Governing Body for the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING during it’s Regular Council Meeting on TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in the Village Council Chambers, 201 Burro Avenue, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. The Public Hearing will be for the purpose of a Variance Request made by Brent Bradshaw for his property located at 1201 Chautauqua, and two connecting lots behind the property, legal descriptions: Subd. Alpine Village, Lot 9 and Subd. Alpine Village, Lot 10, in Cloudcroft, NM. The variance request is to construct 8 foot side yard fences, a variance from the allowable 6 foot.
