CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / SALUTE TO THE FLAG OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO and ROLL CALL
Mayor Pro Tem Keith Hamilton, called the Special Meeting of the Governing Body, Village of Cloudcroft, to order at 5:00 p.m. by calling for the Pledge of Allegiance and Salute to the State Flag. Trustees Keith Hamilton, Gail McCoy, Danny Hardwick and Matt Willett were present in person. Mayor Gerald Wiley was present via zoom. There were 2 visitors in attendance.
Pledge of Allegiance
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Salute to the Flag of New Mexico
“I salute the flag of the State of New Mexico, the Zia symbol of perfect friendship among united cultures.”
- Discussion/Possible Action: Approval of Resolution 2026-23, a Resolution Approving FY 25-26, 1st Quarter Budget Adjustments
Trustee Willett made a motion to approve Resolution 2026-23, Trustee McCoy seconded the motion and the motion carried with a roll call vote of all voting “aye”.
- Discussion/Possible Action: Approval of Resolution 2026-24, a Resolution Approving FY 25-26, 2nd Quarter Budget Adjustments
Trustee Willett made a motion to approve Resolution 2026-24, Trustee Hardwick seconded the motion and the motion carried with a roll call vote of all voting “aye”.
- Discussion/Possible Action: Approval of Resolution 2026-25, a Resolution Approving FY 25-26, 3rd Quarter Budget Adjustments
Trustee McCoy made a motion to approve Resolution 2026-25, Trustee Hardwick seconded the motion and the motion carried with a roll call vote of all voting “aye”.
- Discussion/Possible Action: Approval of Resolution 2026-26, a Resolution Approving FY 25-26, 4th Quarter Budget Adjustments
Trustee McCoy made a motion to approve Resolution 2026-26, Trustee Willett seconded the motion and the motion carried with a roll call vote of all voting “aye”.
- Discussion/Possible Action: Approval of Resolution 2026-27, a Resolution Approving FY 26-27 Final Budget
Trustee Hardwick made a motion to approve Resolution 2026-27, Trustee Willett seconded the motion and the motion carried with a roll call vote of Trustee Hardwick, Willett and Hamilton all voting “aye”. Trustee McCoy abstained declaring she is a Village employee.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Governing Body, Mayor Pro Tem Hamilton adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:43 p.m.
