CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Timothy King called the Special Meeting of the Governing Body, Village of Cloudcroft to order at 1 :00 p.m. by calling for the Pledge of Allegiance and Salute to the State Flag. All trustees of the Governing Body were present in person except for Trustee Gail McCoy who was absent.
Pledge of Allegiance
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Salute to the Flag of New Mexico
“I salute the flag of the State of New Mexico, the Zia symbol of perfect friendship among united cultures.”
APPROVAL OF AGENDA and CONSENT REGULAR ITEMS:
were approved by all Trustees present.
RESOLUTION 2025-19
A Resolution to Replace Mayor Timothy Edward King with Mayor Elect Gerald Dustin Wiley as the Signator and to Have Access to First National Bank of Alamogordo Accounts for the Village of Cloudcroft on January 1, 2026, was approved by roll call vote of all present voting “aye”.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the Governing Body, Mayor Timothy King adjourned the special meeting.
