NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 10-15-1(B) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA Sections 10-15-01 through 10-15-04) the Governing Body will be holding a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of two Public Hearings for a Zoning Request submitted by Son Rise, LLC, d.b.a. Grand Cloudcroft Hotel, 1207 James Canyon Hwy, Cloudcroft, NM and a Variance Request submitted by Jesse Richards, 204 Aspen Circle, Cloudcroft, NM and to conduct any business that may properly come before them at that time. A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available in the office of the Village Clerk and on the Village of Cloudcroft website, seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting.
