    1. Parks and Rec AB Regular Meeting Jan 5, 2025
  2. Old Business:
    1. Treasures Report – Ongoing
      1. Conformation of receipt and balances of LT funds, Ice Rink and PB court donations. Determine procedure for requesting funds for conceptual drawings for Elevation Park and James Sewell Ice Rink.
    2. Pedestrian Bridge Grant – Ongoing
      1. Discussion and updates if available.
    3. Zenith Park Disc Golf Course Signage – Ongoing
      1. Brianna Jonnes will update.
    4. Pickleball Court – Ongoing
      1. Amy Coor is communicating with PAC members on researching and proposing locks, lights and security camera solutions.
    5. Elevation Park Trailhead – Ongoing
      1. Update on kiosk design and bid packet. Once process for accessing funds from P&R account has been determined, contact Stantec Engineering, or similar firm to purchase conceptual drawings, for future grant requests.
    6. Ugly Sweater 5K Fundraiser
      1. Matt has coordinated with Shane Asbury to make sure Lodger’s Tax funds request is submitted by March 4th deadline.
    7. Pump Track / Mountain Bike Skills Park
      1. Table until Pedestrian Bridge project moves forward or discuss new location. Possibilities for grant opportunities with Sacramento Mountain Foundation. Ongoing – AB members to research contractor for Red River, NM and Kanab, UT pump tracks. Research contractor for Taos Ski Vally bike skill park.
    8. Vacant Board Position
      1. Assign board member to request inclusion on the agenda of the Feb 17th Village Council Meeting to confirm P&R AB recommendation to appoint Jessie Willett to fill vacant seat to serve in assisting with grant tracking and progress reports.
    9. Grant Updates
      1. Volunteer, Jessie Willett will give update on coordination of current grants with former VOC Grant Writer, Lauren Grosebeck.
  3. New Business:
    1. Maitlyn Barnett presentation on basketball goal replacement at tennis courts in Zenith Park.
  4. Updates and Open Discussion.
