NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given in accordance with §10-15-1(b) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978 $10-15-01 through 10-15-04) that the GOVERNING BODY of the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING during a Special Meeting on TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Village Council Chambers. 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM for the purpose of a Variance Request submitted by Jesse Richards, for his property located at 204 Aspen Circle in Cloudcroft, NM. The Variance Request is to allow for an existing 12-foot by 14-foot entry landing deck located approximately 6 inches from the front property line, a variance from the allowable minimum front yard setback of 15-feet.
