NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Notice is hereby given in accordance with §10-15-1(b) of the Open Meetings Act (NMSA 1978 §10-15-01 through 10-15-04) that the GOVERNING BODY of the Village of Cloudcroft will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING during a Special Meeting on TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Village Council Chambers. 201 Burro, Cloudcroft, NM for the purpose of a Zoning Request submitted by Son Rise, LLC, d.b.a. Grand Cloudcroft Hotel, for their property located at 1207 James Canyon Hwy., in Cloudcroft, NM. The Zoning Request is to add zoning Commercial-8 (C-8) to existing zoning Recreation and Tourist Accommodations (T-1) to allow for the serving of alcoholic beverages.
