- Zoning Request #ZR-2026-01, submitted by Son Rise, LLC, d.b.a. Grand Cloudcroft Hotel, 1207 James Canyon Hwy., Cloudcroft, NM, to add zoning of C-8 to existing zoning of T-1 to allow serving alcoholic beverages.
- Variance Request #VR-2026-02, submitted by Jesse Richards, 204 Aspen Circle, Cloudcroft, NM, to allow an existing 12-foot by 14-foot entry landing deck located approximately 6 inches from the front property line, a variance from the allowable minimum front yard setback of 15-feet.

- Discussion/Possible Action: Proposal from Spectrum Technologies for Village of Cloudcroft for I.T. Services – James Hurst
- Discussion/Possible Action: Request by the Cloudcroft Police Department for the Village to pick-up 5% of the police employees PERA contribution.
