- Discussion/Possible Action – Addendum to submitted changes to Sign ordinance including fines for improper deployment of portable and/or permanent signs of $25 per day for ten (10) days following violation by Village officer or certified mail. An escalation of fine to $50 per day on the eleventh (11th) day. At midnight (12:00 AM) each calendar day shall be considered a new violation per New Mexico provisions.
- Discussion/Possible Action – Addendum to submitted changes to Zoning ordinances including fines regarding construction or installation of a structure prior to application for Village permit of $75 per day for ten (10) days following notice by Village officer or certified mail. An escalation of fine to $150 per day on the eleventh (11th) day. At midnight (12:00 AM) each calendar day shall be considered a new violation per New Mexico provisions.
- Discussion/Possible Action – Addendum to submitted changes to Zoning ordinances limiting RV/Camper or other vehicle designed for sleeping on R1 (or more) zoned lots to limit seven (7) consecutive days per each RV/Camper or other vehicle unless by written approval of Village official including a plan for wastewater disposal.

- Discussion/Possible Action – Addendum to submitted changes to Zoning ordinances requiring Village approval of high-volume commercial operations (i.e. Hotel/Motel, restaurant, or entertainment venues) throughout the Village to demonstrate via licensed survey of owned or written leased parking to support operations of new commercial venture.
