- Responsibilities of Planning and Zoning The Cloudcroft Planning and Zoning commission is a group of five volunteers who work with the Village Council to conduct research and make policy recommendations on land use issues within the Village boundaries and suggestions for surrounding areas.
- The Planning and Zoning commission review and process all development applications to ensure zoning standards have been achieved prior to approval. The commission also investigates and generates recommendations of code enforcement and nuisance issues brought to the commission by the public. The commission also reviews permanent and temporary business signage within the village.
